Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AUTS — Apply Unii Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("AUTS", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through auts.com.np. We collect only what we need to respond to enquiries and run the website.

Information we collect

• Contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message.
• Security data: a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user-agent string, used to prevent spam and abuse. We do not store your raw IP address with your enquiry.
• Analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the website, such as pages visited and device type. Analytics does not run unless you accept.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
• To send you an acknowledgement that we received your message.
• To protect the website from spam and misuse.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it (only with your consent).

We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Storage and retention

Enquiries are stored in our database and delivered to our team by email. We keep them for as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting work and meet our legal obligations, after which they are deleted.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the website and our email — for example hosting and email providers — and only as needed for that purpose, or where required by law.

Cookies

The website does not use advertising cookies. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics cookies are set only after you choose "Accept" in the cookie notice. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@auts.com.np. We will respond within a reasonable time.
