Fleexii

Fleexii is a software-as-a-service platform for managing staff and day-to-day HR operations. Organizations sign up, configure their own branches and policies, and manage their people from one system.

The platform is built on a multi-tenant architecture: every organization works in its own isolated workspace on shared infrastructure, with its own users, roles and data. That allows new organizations to be onboarded without deploying a separate system for each one.

The web application covers staff records, payroll, attendance and shift schedules, timesheets, leave requests with approval chains, recruitment and contract workers. Organizations with more than one location can apply branch-specific policies and still see consolidated reports.

An Android app gives employees access on the move, including clocking in, shift notifications and visibility of their own records — backed by the same API as the web application.
