Khukuri Clothing is a Nepali brand dedicated to crafting authentic apparel, leather accessories, and traditional gear. The primary challenge was translating their rich offline craft heritage into a modern, seamless digital shopping experience that appeals to both local and international markets.

We conducted a design sprint to understand user behavior around artisanal fashion, establishing a visually captivating aesthetic focused on detailed craft photography and intuitive navigation.

On the technical side, we built a high-performance e-commerce architecture integrated with Shopify, supporting multi-currency pricing, dynamic inventory synchronization, and streamlined checkout.

The final platform delivers a brand-focused shopping experience that increased customer engagement, improved international sales conversions, and established a strong online presence for Nepali craftsmanship worldwide.
